Return or Exchange

We will accept returns for store credit or equal merchandise. Returns must be made within 7 days of package arrival, and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging, we do not refund shipping cost. Please keep in mind that all shipping costs is on our customers. Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the combined total weight of the shipment. We use UPS Ground for all domestic deliveries. Tracking info will be sent upon shipment.

Shipping Process Policy

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). If your selected merchandise is out of stock we will inform you via e-mail upon receipt of your order.
